On May 11, 2010,  United States Border Patrol Agents arrested a man on an Adirondack Trailways Bus at an Immigration Checkpoint in North Hudson, N.Y.  on a charge of Possession of Narcotics.  At the time of his arrest, the man falsely identified himself to the U.S. Border Agents. Further investigation revealed that the suspect in custody was in fact Roger Ronaldo WILLIAMS. 

Once WILLIAMS had dealt with his charges in the United States, he was extradited to Canada on February 24, 2011 and placed under arrest for Attempt Murder.  Arrest warrants were also executed on WILLIAMS in Windsor which include Possession of a Controlled Substance For the Purpose of Trafficking, Assault, Uttering Threats To Cause Death, Mischief Under $5000, Breach of a Recognizance and Failing To Attend Court.
