Suspect sought following vehicle theft in east Windsor

The Windsor Police Service is seeking a suspect following a vehicle theft in the city’s east end.

On October 11, 2025, shortly before midnight, surveillance footage captured a suspect approaching a vehicle in the 1700 block of Westcott Rd. The suspect broke into a black BMW 650i and fled the scene.

The stolen vehicle was later recovered in Lakeshore.

The suspect is described as a white male with an average build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black sweater with the words “Death Row” on the back, green pants, and black shoes.
