Police Looking for Fraud Suspect

As part of the “Wanted in Windsor” initiative, Windsor Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Heather M. Lewenza, who is wanted in connection with multiple fraud-related offences.

In November 2024, Lewenza agreed to act as a surety for an individual facing criminal charges. In February 2025, Lewenza and the individual were observed on surveillance footage attending a storage facility in the 1500 block of Walker Road. During the investigation, officers learned that Lewenza allegedly used another person’s driver’s licence to rent a vehicle and subsequently failed to return it.

As a result of the investigation, Lewenza is wanted on multiple charges, including fraud over $5,000, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of identity for fraudulent purposes, personation with intent to gain advantage, possession of identity documents, and facilitating a breach of a release order. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

Lewenza is described as a 49-year-old white female with a fair complexion and medium build, approximately 5’8” tall, and 146 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
