2024 Road Rage Suspect Sought
As part of the “Wanted in Windsor” initiative, Windsor Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Jehad Alkatan, who is wanted in connection with a violent road rage incident.
On August 23, 2024, shortly after 6 p.m., Alkatan was allegedly involved in a road rage incident with another driver on Huron Church Road. During the incident, Alkatan allegedly pulled out an axe and threatened the victim. The victim fled to a nearby restaurant, where Alkatan later allegedly approached him in his vehicle and repeatedly assaulted him.
Alkatan is wanted on charges of assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, and assault. Despite efforts to locate him, he has not been taken into custody. His current whereabouts are unknown.
Alkatan is described as a 36-year-old Middle Eastern male with an olive complexion and large build, approximately 6’4” tall and 260 lbs., with balding brown hair, a full beard, and brown eyes.
